The photographic work "The Silver Lining“ explores skateboarding as a communal and emotional space, as well as an integral part of my own past and present. The project focuses on friendships, gestures, places and situations that accompany and shape the experience of skateboarding. Within a community sustained by shared time, mutual support and collective experience, the photographs portray intimacy, vulnerability, risk and a profound sense of belonging.
